Host Home Services
Our Host Home Services provide individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live in a family-style environment with dedicated caregivers. This model promotes independence while ensuring 24/7 support and supervision in a warm, home-like setting.

Supported Community Connections (SCC)
Supported Community Connections services help individuals build meaningful relationships and participate actively in their communities. Our trained staff provide the support needed to access community resources, engage in social activities, and develop lasting connections.

- Support for recreational and social engagement
- Transportation to community events and activities
- Relationship building and social skills development
Community Connector Services
Community Connector Services focus on linking individuals with valuable community resources, opportunities, and networks. Our connectors work to identify and facilitate access to services, programs, and activities that align with each person's interests and goals.

Mentorship Programs
